      <title>Unable to Reactivate with $15 Plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi Support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I need to reactivate my account within the next 5 days to keep my phone number. However, I'm experiencing an issue with the plan change options available to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;When I click on "Change Subscription," I can only see the following plans:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;$50/month (100GB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;$40/month (60GB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm unable to see the $30 plan or any lower-tier subscriptions, including the $15 plan that I would like to reactivate with. This is limiting my options, as I specifically need to reactivate with the $15 plan option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Could you please help me understand why these lower-priced plans are not showing in my account, and enable me to select the $15 reactivation plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you for your prompt assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Elikem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, but this is a Public Mobile business decision. Different customers get offered different plans and can only choose from the plans that are offered from within the customer's self serve account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
