      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/636934"&gt;@Jrfh13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually it is a settings on the phone.&amp;nbsp; First try Reboot the phone and then click Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, check the network mode and make sure it is set as Automatic.&amp;nbsp; Try also change it to 5G or 5G On&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Bud, so even tho you do have 5G capabilities, the rest depends on your device and where you are geometrically speaking, when your in an area that offers 5G it will surely popate on your device, however there are still of places where service is weak and just not as good or as strong like out in the country compared to being in the city,&amp;nbsp; also male sire your device is set to receive 5G as lots of used devices are set to receive 4G or lte only, as youove around check your phone, when ur in 5G compatible area you will receive 5G service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
