      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm trying to update my Visa debit to pay for my new subscription. And every time I put in the card number it says it cannot process the payment update. I've tried all the suggestions I don't know what is going on and how to fix this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
