    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/636777"&gt;@Jadehonce&lt;/a&gt;, Are you able to see if your phone is connected to the Public Mobile Network?&amp;nbsp; Did you receive any error messages on top of your screen such as your Sim is not provisioned? No Sim? etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot make outgoing calls as though, this is probably not just a porting issue but it could be be related to the sim provisioning. I suggest opening a ticket with customer service and they should be able to easily fix it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.
