Hello I am out of the country for 6 months and tried to park my number with a third party to reactivate it when I am back. My issue is that once the third party ask the permission to the provider they will send a text message to ask me to confirm. The is iam already into Australia with another provider. Is there another way around it for me to get that approval. If they would send an email that would make the trick… but they seem only to text … any help would be appreciated

@Martin_352026

porting requires SMS approval. you can have a friend in Canada to help to get a new sim card and change to it first so your friend can receive the text and approve for you

and alternate way is to suspend the line for 90 days, then pay for 30 days, then suspend for another 90 days after that one 30-days period. This will be less hassle and you don't need to port in and out the line.
