      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I subscribed to a mobile plan and paid for a SIM card 5 days ago. But I did not receive any payment confirmation with the order number, so I cannot track the shipment of my new SIM card. Can you check if my order is placed correctly? When I log in to my profile, I have the option to continue the Activation process, which I can not proceed with since I don't have a new SIM card.
