      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just switched from an iPhone 11 with a physical SIM card to an iPhone 17 and I had to get a new eSIM. Now my phone can’t use Nextiva on cellular data (it works fine on wifi).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm at my wits end and i feel like I’ve tried every trouble shooting thing ChatGPT and the chat bot could throw at me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there something wrong with the eSIM or is there something that needs to be reset?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2026-01-12, 11:32:41 PM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
