      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had over 350+ unused LD international minutes on subscription and because Public mobile changed my plan from 15$ a month to 18$ its the same plan just charging more my minutes all disappeared on the renewal date dec 27, Tried contacting but cannot get a ticket # gives error everytime. Its terrible cannot talk to a human, chat bots cannot solve problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes it was there last month before they raised the price now its gone, I guess they consider it a change of plan when they raise your bill so they can erase all your subscriptions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
