      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t log in. Every time the authentication code gets send to a different phone number. That’s the original phone number assigned by public. I since ported my old number from another carrier&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I submitted multiple tickets. They never replied or they gave me a generic response like delete and download the app again. &amp;nbsp; They don’t seem to get the problem. I have NO idea what number they’re sending the code too. It’s not my number. &amp;nbsp;And I don’t have the option to send to email. It just doesn’t show&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After advising I submitted multiple tickets, they proceeded to tell me to submit yet another ticket. &amp;nbsp;Unbelievable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
