      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid and has no refund policy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you activate a new line, there is a check box you have to agree to enable the autopay, and you have to check it or the activation won't complete.&amp;nbsp; So, you did it yourself and you just not aware&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't want autopay anymore, login My Account -&amp;gt; Payment -&amp;gt; Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
