    <description>&lt;P&gt;When creating my account I by accident chose a new number on Public Mobile instead of the transfer of my old number.&amp;nbsp; (I did things in the wrong order) How to I cancel this new number and get my old number?&amp;nbsp; Do I have to get a new SIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you don't have to cancel the order&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just complete the subscription with the new number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the new number is activated and the line is working, login My Account, go to Profile -&amp;gt; Transfer phone number and request porting request.&amp;nbsp; Make sure your number with the old carrier is still active.&amp;nbsp; if you are asked to enter IMEI or accoun number of the old provider, please use account number and not IMEI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
