Why do I get texts trying to get me to change to TELUS? Do you not want my business or are you being bought out by TELUS or is TELUS your parent company? Please let me know. I don't like getting these offers!!!

this is not uncommon

telus owns koodo and PM, They send text and email like this within the 3 brands and try to get people to move around

so that means telus and koodo send text and email offers to ask their existing customers to switch over to pm?

Customers are free to ignore the messages if desired or to take advantage of the offers. Customers can also unsubscribe from receiving such messages.
