are you calling from Canada?

the addon can only be used to call from Canada to some countries. Here are the countries that it can call

Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

Which country are you trying to call? Long distance included in plans and in add-ons can only be used to call a limited nubmer of specific countries.

It might be even worse than that. When I see the customer saying 500 minutes included in the subscription, I take that as meaning included with the plan. Plans that include 500 minutes of long distance can onlly be used to call China (including Hong Kong), Pakistan, India, The Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

So, how do I call Nigeria. I need a plan to call Nigeria.

get to 7-11 and buy a calling card or look on-line for them. Public Mobile has no calling to Nigeria...sorry.

I don’t know if WhatsApp will work when you try calling Nigeria but give it a try.
