      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I currently have two active eSIM phone numbers on my device, both used for my businesses.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently purchased a third number for a new project, but I am unable to activate it. The problem is that I cannot access my account because the security verification code is being sent to a phone number that is not active yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know how this issue can be resolved. I would appreciate one of the following options:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Updating the verification method&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sending the security code to email or another active number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manual activation of the new eSIM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards, Alex&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/636058"&gt;@Alex156&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can disable one of the two current enabled eSIM first, then enable the PM eSIM to complete the activation first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and yes, current phones can enable at max 2 eSIM at a time, but you can keep the rest disabled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may have to buy and carry a second phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
