Is there any roaming add on at all when travelling to the Dominican Republic

sorry @Rebel1 , no roaming service in Dominican Republic. PM has roaming services in US and Mexico only

You mentioned you paid for the plan, but PM does not have any plan that covers services in Dominican Republic. The Canada/US/Mexico plan only provide roaming service in the 3 countries but not other Caribbean countries
