did you try Reset network settings? you should do it once after the phone number is ported.

I recently started a PM service with an esim while keeping my Fido service with a physical sim. A week later I successfully ported my Fido number over to PM. Calls and texts work correctly however my esim still shows the original temporary PM number. My phone contact info shows that temporary number as well. Can that be changed?

Using a Samsung S23.

I signed up a couple weeks ago and the same thing happened to me. I sent them a message and they did something on their end and it was corrected

Thanks. Network reset didn't change anything. Will consider the esim change.
