      <description>&lt;P&gt;we are just customers here.&amp;nbsp; But we saw some replied back and said their issue was escalated and resolved.&amp;nbsp; reply again and push for escalation.&amp;nbsp; But it is weekend, earliest reply from them would be Monday&lt;/P&gt;</description>
