      <title>Can text but no call ability.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can text but no calling abilities, in or out. Cannot submit a ticket. I tried all the solutions sim out wait, back in. Airplane mode. Still not working. Can anyone help? Getting nowhere with customer service. Very frustrating Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
