Is the plan that includes Mexico a data plan?

Hi upgraded to the Canada-USA-MEXICO plan for $30. Is this just a data plan? Do I have to have roaming on for it to work?

your Canada-USA-Mexico plan include data and calling and texting, basically you can use the service in US and Mexico like you are home, no need to buy extra roaming addon. But remember, when you are in US or Mexico, you still need to turn on Roaming Data on your phone. Of course, make sure you phone connects to one of the US or Mexico network (US: T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T; Mexico: AT&T, Telcel)
