    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, My husband has a problem with the payment of his PM account. In order to get into his account, they need to send a verification code, which he can no longer access. The payment for all of our phones is set to automatic, but his is the only one that is now blocked. He will need to know his pin number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
