      <description>&lt;P&gt;you need to provide the account number of your old provider.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Call PM porting team and ask them to update the information and resend porting request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them (but it is now closed, call tomorrow morning)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
