And you removed the old provider sim card or disable old provider eSIM?&amp;nbsp; Only PM eSIM should be active and set as Primary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that still does not work, you will have to message PM and ask them to reprovision the sim/account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
