      <title>Cannot Access My Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to Public Mobile yesterday. I opt'ed to port my number over from a VoIP carrier, which to my knowledge is still pending. But on sign up it accepted my details, and did not advise how long the number port would take, I have since read that it may take 48 hours or more. Which is fine as I can still use the VoIP solution I had. But the lack of information being supplied to me is odd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is a problem is I'm not able to login to My Account with the credentials I supplied. Perhaps I typo'd the email or password.&amp;nbsp;But using the forgot password seems to accept my details (email and security question) but I never get the email, even checked my spam and promos folders. So although my phone works for data (and outbound calls), I don't feel confident everything is set up correctly. Perhaps this is all related to the number port pending?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem. I referred a friend for a Public mobile account. The account has been set up and a temporary pass word was provided. But my friend is not able to log in using her email id and the temporary pass word. It says the account is not existing, &amp;nbsp;neither&amp;nbsp;is there any email. Is there any minmum time gap between the account opening and subsequent login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
