    <description>&lt;P&gt;this is a usually a device fixable issue.&amp;nbsp; But if you tried already, you might want to ask PM to reprovision the sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/628317"&gt;@Pedro8899&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can do the refresh yourself.&amp;nbsp; Please click Reset Network Settings on your phone after a device reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if iPhone, check the My Number on the Settings menu and you can remove the number and then update it after a reboot&lt;/P&gt;</description>
