How can I submit a ticket in My Account and Support pages are working (show a maintenance message with a random date range) on the website or the app? It is a somewhat urgent issue. Thank you.

This is a little humerous but; website is down

Says wont be back until... March???

I am guessing someone at head office is either VERY pessimistic or else you guys just recycled the out of order sign without checking it first?

Yes unfortunately PM reuses the same notice for service under maintenance.

Try login in tomorrow morning.

PM normally service the website and app about once or twice a month. So login to your account tomorrow morning.

Logging in takes me to an advertisement and then back to the login screen.

I'm trying to log in, but instead of taking me to my account screen, it shows me a message about maintenance in March, then to an advertisement screen, and then back to the login page. It won't redirect me to my account.

@LeoLeoLeo12 it was just nightly maintenance. Site and app are both up and running now
