      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is that he was able to simply reply yes to add 1gb, which costs $15 each time. And I did not get an email, message or anything to authorize this purchase. He did not login or enter a password. So I want to see a verification prior to any purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile does sent an SMS to the phone when data is finished or near to finish. A simple option of pressing 1 or 2 on the phone is all is needed to make the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if an email or confirmation is sent after to confirm the purchase.&amp;nbsp; If it's another SMS, then that can be easily deleted by the holder of the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you can do is to ask an agent by submitting a ticket and ask them remove the cc from file to prevent this from being approved in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
