      <description>&lt;P&gt;No phone calls at Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; All through tickets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't received any response to your tickets, it's possible that they are busy or the system is down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the link to send a private message below. They are closed for the night, but will respond in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that the account is up to date? What's not working?
