      <description>&lt;P&gt;moving to bell, they offered a cheaper plan with more data and i can recieve texts overseas, and you can actually speak to people over the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you must keep your number, bring your account up to date to port to bell...then ask bell to see if they'll provide some credit to your new bell acct for the $$ you spent in order to port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
