      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are there any outages in Toronto today? I can no longer make a call. When I try (iPhone) it just says Calling… and then disconnects. Worked fine yesterday. Reboot didn’t change anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
