PM does NOT provide any refund for unused service if you close/cancel/port out your number

@Samai

Unfortunately, Public mobile does not pro-rate plans. So, if you port out from PM, you will lose whatever is remaining in your present plan. Due to prepaid nature of Public mobile.

We usually recommend porting out a few days before your next renewal date. Gives you a few days just in case something goes wrong with port request, etc.

You must ask them for that credit. Otherwise, nothing due from Public Mobile.
