You opted for Change Now so you pay now and forfeit any balance of time on initial plan. No pro-rating of old plan costs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message Customer Support using the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
