      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, PM is prepaid provider and do not provide refund. You should have transferred it a day or two earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But which provider you are with now? If it is Telus or Kiddo, they might be able to provide your a one time credit, check with your new provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you please call me and explain how this works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I understand that it is a prepaid service. I have not used the service which I prepaid for so I should be able to get a refund. Other providers also provide refunds on the billing cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
