      <title>Lost my SIM/ couldn’t activate eSIM.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My services are active with public mobile. I cannot remember right if I had eSIM or physical one but right now I cannot activate services on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It’s on SOS. Have a new physical sim but cannot update sim from mobile app because it sends verification code to my phone number which I cannot access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried giving 4 wrong attempts to receive code to email that didn’t work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, this is very urgent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
