They've also changed the "Happy Anniversary" points from 10 points awarded for every 12 months users stay with public mobile, to now only earning 5 points for every 12 months users stay with them. All of the great rewards and gifts they offered in the past that made Public Mobile so appealing, are now being scaled back and eliminated.. super disappointing

It seems gradually Public Mobile reduces the free give away and the rewards as I believe Public Mobile found enough customers to make money from.

This was honestly a big draw to public mobile for me, the money saved from setting up auto pay, referring people, the holiday surprises, the anniversary rewards. Its definitely changed a lot! I hope they bring them back, its the little things that make people stay!
