      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've reached my Subscription Data Plan (US-CAN-MEX) 60GB --- My Internet Data does NOT work at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="PM-Subscription-Jan-3-2026.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/181216i70B40630C0BA381A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="PM-Subscription-Jan-3-2026.png" alt="PM-Subscription-Jan-3-2026.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ONLY services available are for Voice and SMS. I am not sure how to fix and there are no current information I can find any COMMUNITY SUPPORT regarding "Reduced Speed ... Most PM plans do not have this feature.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your choices are to wait 2 days or purchase a data add on (expires after 30 days).&amp;nbsp; You could contact customer service agent to renew the same plan earlier (note: PM does not pro-rate plans).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

IF you don't see it, your plan likely doesn ot have this feature.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you can try to confirm with customer service agent (PM employee).&amp;nbsp; I am just a customer like yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.&amp;nbsp; It will take a few hours for response times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All current data plans are working until you reach your plan's limit and then Internet Stops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you believe you do HAVE 'unlimited' data plan open a ticket with agent through chatbot and ask for clarification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/632806"&gt;@ting8966&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just read details of your plan - Canada-US-Mexico plan.&amp;nbsp; As far as I know, none of the Canada-US-Mexico plans ever had unlimited throttled data.&amp;nbsp; Only a few of the Canada only data plans had this feature.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact CSA as described, but I am fairly certain that your plan does not have this feature.&amp;nbsp; PM does not charge overages ever, as described on the website. No surprise charges.&amp;nbsp; Once you use up your data, it just stops working.&amp;nbsp; No extra charges unless you want to purchase additional data add on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Likewise, on the Public Mobile Website (Terms &amp;amp; Conditions) it also indicates Reduced Speed -- all in reference to USING-UP Data Subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read some posts from year 2023 on the subject of *Reduced Speed*, the Community users says theirs worked (no references to any technical issues or difficulties) automatically once they used up their Data Subscription allotment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Isn't that definition of 'unlimited'?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
