    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/484129"&gt;@Macek&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to have 20 points to redeem $20 bill credit at a time.&amp;nbsp; Since it takes around 2 days for PM to deposit the credit, make sure you redeem it at least 3 days before your renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can login to Rewards portal (&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; ) and go to Catalogue and choose the Bill Credit and redeem.&amp;nbsp; PM will add the credit in your My Account within 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM will first use the credit towards your bill and charge your credit card for outstanding balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
