    <description>&lt;P&gt;It said SIM 1, is that a phone with 2 sim slots? Make sure you removed old sim card and only the new PM sim is there.&amp;nbsp; Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if it still shows SOS, test the new sim card on another phone if possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought a new SIM card as I thought my old one was bad.&amp;nbsp; I switched phones yesterday, and when entering the new SIM I receive message SIM 1 not allowed error message, as well as Unregistered SIM.&amp;nbsp; I have registered the new SIM on My Account.&amp;nbsp; Is there something wrong with my account?&amp;nbsp; How can I fix this issued?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
