      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can receive incoming calls and only message is tur issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IPhone or Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have uou remove the old provider sim card or disable old provider eSIM?&amp;nbsp; Remote or disable it, then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
