      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a SIM just now from Public Mobile, but I would like a cancel my order and receive a refund please. Please do not ship the SIM card. I don't need it anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The reason is because I found a better offer. Koodoo offers a 365 day plan for $149 for 30GB of data and Unlimited Canada Wide Calling which is perfect for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Having the person go to the store to get a Public Mobile SIM card doesn't address the member's request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
