Please try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again.&amp;nbsp; Same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can login using my desktop computer, but my phone app won't let me log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/520637"&gt;@CanadaChris&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you can access My Account on desktop, it does not look like problem with the account itself.&amp;nbsp; Uninstall and reinstall the app and see if it helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
