    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to activate my SIM card for over an hour. Each time the credit card is not accepted and I'm forced to re-enter all of the information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried 3 different cards using the exact address on the statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no problem with the card and in fact I ordered my SIM using one of them without issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time there is a $0 charge from public mobile on my statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try another card and use another browser or private/incognito mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can purchase public mobile vouchers from local stores.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you called the credit card companies to ask them if the authorizations are being declined for any reason?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened to myself and thousands of other users in the past couple of weeks. Not a browser or bank or any other reason you'll here. It's simply a problem with the number of users joining a company that clearly was not prepared for it....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was finally able to activate!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The combination that worked for me was using a VISA and unchecking autopay. The exact same card did not work with autopay checked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
