      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/631907"&gt;@BhartiB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;activation has to be completed using the app.&amp;nbsp; And if you are installing eSIM, you have to download PM app on your phone to subscribe and setup eSIM, no other choices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And PM app can only be installed from app store, the phone has to set location to Canada.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are setting your app store location to other country, and if you have Android, you can download apk from some 3rd party site and sideload it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But&amp;nbsp; if you have an iPhone, there is no other way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you choose physical sim card, you can still subscribe by going through activation using another phone, and have the app install on that other phone, of course, the app store on that other phone has to be set to Canada&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thank you for your response. I have an iPhone, I am unable to download the app in my country. During my research I found that the QR code is shared via email and so I proceeded. Can you please tell me how do I cancel my payment and subscription as I'm not able to use it. I don't see any such options in my web account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
