    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I am a Public mobile client and I had a subscription when I lived in Toronto, ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left on the sixth of December from Canada for good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I forgot to cancel the subscription. So this morning Public mobile charged me the monthly fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to know if I can cancel the payment. I can’t or have used the number, so no phone calls, txt or internet, because Public mobile doesn’t work in my country (Estonia).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The payment is pending right now and it’s the first of January and less than two hours after I got the bank message that the fee was charged!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you and a Happy New Year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/631923"&gt;@VahiEst&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You can try to work with your bank to have the charge removed, or you can start a chat with Public Mobile using the orange chat icon on the bottom right of this screen and plead your case. It may/may not result in a refund. You may also need to wait until Jan 2 to get a reply from PM as today is a Holiday. &amp;nbsp;To avoid this in the future, log in to your PM account, and go to subscription. Then manage subscription and set your renewal to “unsubscribe”. &amp;nbsp; Hope this helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for answering!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bank told me they will not cancel it, it has to be Public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try the option you offered me here and we will see. There’s nothing wrong to try and ask. And I stopped the auto subscription right after I saw the bank message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/631923"&gt;@VahiEst&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you still login My Account?&amp;nbsp; First, login with 2FA sent to email and stop the Autopay to stop PM from charging you further..&amp;nbsp; To get 2FA sent to email, click Didn't Receive Code, or Resend Code, then choose Send email.&amp;nbsp; After you login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
