      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just activated Public Mobile on a new iPhone and I have no mobile data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Calls and texts work. Data is on. Phone restarted. Airplane mode toggled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every APN guide I can find is from 2016 / iPhone 4 era, and the settings either don’t save or revert back.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At this point I’m honestly wondering if APN settings are even relevant anymore on modern iPhones, or if this is something that should be provisioning automatically.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone confirm the current reality here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;– Do iPhones still require manual APN settings?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;– If yes, what are the correct ones today?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;– If no, what actually needs to be fixed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To be clear, this is a new number activation, not a port.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is no other SIM in the phone. Carrier profile is up to date. I have already reset network settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Calls and texts work. Mobile data does not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since APN is automatic and this is a new-number activation, this appears to be a backend provisioning issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ll open a ticket with a CS_Agent, but can you confirm there’s nothing else required on my end before I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
