      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arrived in Mexico with the Canada/USA/Mexico plan. &amp;nbsp;I have no ability to phone text or use data. &amp;nbsp;My husband was able to phone yesterday but can’t today. He has data.&amp;nbsp;Customer Service not responding to ticket etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

AT&amp;amp;T should work well. Also turn on Mobile Data Roaming. Once you've done those two, reboot the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Change the network connection to manual and try to connect each of these networks:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ALTAN, AT&amp;amp;T, AT&amp;amp;T Nextel, Telcel, Telefonica&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you check if Data Roaming is On?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try reboot phone first and reset network settings. Then try both automatic and without automatic&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
