    <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to the app settings and make sure the app is set to allow use of mobile data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think PM can help as they don't block any app access to data, but you can still open ticket and ask them to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same thing here. Is it because Public Mobile has super high loaded latency? It used to be fine when I was on Fido Rogers network. I got all permissions allowed, and data on Standard (not low data)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I swapped to PM two weeks ago and same thing. It's def a PM issue not a phone or camera issue. Anyone come up with a resolution? My Arenti camera works fine, but can't access the geeni camera over mobile, only wifi. Had no issues on Rogers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am now experiencing the same issue with PM and Geeni. &amp;nbsp; This is a recent issue as it was not a problem in the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my daughter also signed in on her phone amd was not able to see my cameras on PM dsta but was able to see them when she switched to wifi at her own house. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;so information is flowing to the internet, it is just not getting to PM phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;VPN has been tried on and off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Data use is enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;data signal is strong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;reduced data is NOT on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Geeni can see my cameras at their end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After back and forth messaging to multiple customer service reps, with no success despite multiple suggestions for fixing the same issue, I finally asked to speak to tech support on the phone so that we could trouble shoot in real time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had previously tried toggling my phones VPN on and off but this didn't fix the issue.&amp;nbsp; The tech on the phone asked me to delete my AVG App on my iPhone, which also removed the VPN.&amp;nbsp; Once I deleted the AVG App from the phone issues related to slow video speeds, inability to access Geeni cameras on Wifi and issues with signing into other applications were fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now able to view my Geeni cameras on wifi as well as on data and am told that when I reload AVG there should be no further issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I can't figure out is why a friend, who does not have AVG on their phone or any other similar apps, still can't view my cameras on their data, but can see them when they are connected to wifi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;other than AVG , there could be other app that has VPN on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Also, ask your friend to check the VPN page on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Delete or disable those VPN profile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
