      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m unable to port back to Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I receive message from Customer care, I’m unable to Reply YES to that message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“Unable to deliver” error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iMessages all good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;simple text sms problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
