      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/628502"&gt;@Garrygn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not use proxy. And VoIP app has nothing to do with your in and out calls.&amp;nbsp; Your in and out calls could be related with VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; But if you have no problem right before the plan change, then it might be an issue from the plan change and you will need PM support agent to refresh the account.&amp;nbsp; Have you submitted a ticket with them yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
