    <description>&lt;P&gt;1. I used the Public Mobile to create an account &amp;amp; buy eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I submit a transfer for my Rogers Phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. 5 minutes after, I receive a txt from rogers and confirm my transfer request. I reply YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. 95 minutes after, I received a Public Mobile txt message that "we have not received your response yet". I call the Public Mobile 1-800 and it indictes I do not have a transfer request for my phone number&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I resubmit a transfer request and the issue re-occurs. Please help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
