      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched plans to Bell and I got a return offer from Public Mobile. As an idiot, when I left I had 66$ sitting in my account. (through Points). Will I still have these points? I never deleted my account but when I try to log in it doesn't let me enter... I wasn't expecting my account login to get deleted... If I come back, do I still have these points? Is my account gone right away after I changed numbers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Regret my decision to move damnit. 70Gb 5G 1000min intl. 34$. Gheez louise T-T.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, when you come back, even you have a return offer, you will start your account as a new one, you won't get your points from old account back.&amp;nbsp; No need to open ticket , there is no exception with this rule&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
